What you accomplished is amazing since most of those who joined when you did gave up and quit. You loved yourself and wanted to be the best, so you WILL get to your goal.

Keep up the good work. I myself with summer being here having been putting my meals down but do it now and then. I walk in the morning and still do my 30 to 50 minute work out three times a week, plus go to work so I would much rather keep up with the exercise now and get back to the menu thing later in the fall. I do weight and measure in once a week and that is staying the same which I'm very proud of and pleased and do try to watch what I eat. I also love having the supper menu or recipe ready for supper and knowing what to have each day is great after working all day. This SPARKPEOPLE page is a blessing and the recipes are terrific, and everything that comes with it, I really enjoy it.
