blood pressure too high
Just retired as an RN for 30 years. I've gained 5 pounds in one week since I've decreased my activity from work. Found Sparks & am motivated to keep healthy , lose weight, & lower my blood pressure

My Goals:
I want to eat healthier, lower my blood pressure, and lose weight.
My Program:
I drink 8 glasses of water each day, eat more fruit & vegetables, quit using the salt shaker. I have a lot of trouble with exercising (I hate it.)
Other Information:
The first step to getting somewhere is to decide not to stay where you're at.
