Hi, thanks for commenting on my blog. I only work out 3 days a week after work, but even on the days when I go straight home, I can't make myself go to bed. I don't feel tired and just want to stay up and have some "me time". I sleep well on the weekends because I sleep in lol.
As long as I get 6 hours a night, I'm usually ok. Not great, but ok. When I sleep less even one day, it all catches up with me. Unfortunately, I can't work out before work because I would have to be there before 5, when the gym isn't even open. I workout for a minimum of two hours each session. I can't work out at lunch because my gym is near my house, and I work in a different borough. I take a multi-vitamin which helps a lot, but the only way I'm going to feel better is if I can force myself to go to sleep early on the nights when I don't go to the gym to catch those extra Zs. Unfortunately, one of those days is Friday when I can actually stay up as late as I want since I don't have to work the next day! lol Now, this was an essay! lol 2657 days ago
