My Goals:
- lose some weight
- pick up healthier eating habits
- deal with emotional eating
- have a healthier balance of carbs/protein/fats (though I'm sure I could live on carbs alone!) ;-)


My Program:
Learning portion control was a big step!

Eat more protein (I was aghast to see how much carbs and how little protein I was eating).

Fill up on veggies, not on carbs. (do I see a pattern here??)

Pace myself in eating. Pause. Enjoy the taste.

Drink lots more water.

Other Information:
I love running and triathlons. I like swimming (though I'm a real sloooow swimmer). I have two dogs that I adore.

Many other hobbies such as reading, knitting (yes!) and good friends.

Hi there dear. Are you still having hunger issues? I love keeping fruits and veggies handy for munching to help keep from going overboard on major snacking.
