You've been on this site a while, good job!
I just joined on my bday (dec 29) and am 38 years old now . holding fast lol.
i have about 80 pounds to goal, and my small time goals are to consume more water and cut out all sweets. bread products are a diff story for me. i cannot give those up completely, but i am making small steps in the right directly. changing ways i do things. and exercising at least 3-4 times a week. i walk 30 minutes when i do, usually. hugs . and i've made u my friend :) emoticon emoticon emoticon
