Right now I am just trying to get into it. I usually do not eat but maybe one - two small meals. I am trying to eat more often to help boost my metabolism. I walk as much as possible

Ok, I have not been on Sparkpeople site for a while now. emoticon I really need to start using it again, for one I need accountability and motivation. I have been walking and exercising 3-4 times a week for 1-3 hours, depending on how long we walk. I also try to keep track of what I am eating/drinking during the day, but I can't seen to lose anymore weight. emoticon I am getting so very depressed and I know that is not good because then I don't want to do anything. Can someone please tell me what I can do to jump start my weight loss or something? HELP!!

I really like everything about the sparkpeople site.. The articles are so interesting and informative. The exercises seem easy enough so that someone who has never exercised before CAN do them and the preplanned meals are so reasonable.... but, for some reason I just can't seem to get started. I have been tracking my eating as best I can (I forget alot) I have always drank a lot of water, sodas once in a great while. I really want/need to do this. I just need to stop procrastinating and jump in with both feet.
