My weight have been up and down my whole life it seems like, but I've never been able to commit to a healthy lifestyle. It's always been yo-yo diets that come and go (along with my weight). I'm looking to increase my overall health through fitness and better nutrition. :)

I will be moving back to Colorado in August and I'm looking forward to enjoying the great outdoors! Possibly looking for people interested in hiking/biking/ and other fun outdoor activities! :)
