What I do and who I am needs to be wrapped up completely in Jesus Christ. Through Him I live and breath, and He gives me everything I need. However, often I take too much of His good things. Too much food, too much rest, too much... My prayer is that He would help me daily to change my habits and form my "temple" into a place He can be honored by, and won't be a stumbling block to others, or a hinderance for me and my ministry potential.

My Goals:
My Goals are simple:
1. Loose 40 Lbs.
2. Get more energy, flexibility and activity into my life.
3. Maintain consistant daily accountibility.


My Program:
Um... diet, exercise, accountibility. That's the "duh" part of the plan. More specifically I intend to cut out eating after 7:30, find my way into more salads, cut the carbs and fat, do some kind of excercise at least 3 times a week, and put some kind of activity into my daily life. (Is that inspecific enough?)
Along with all of this I intend to stay consistent in my prayer life, asking the Lord to help me with this program, knowing that as I am a better steward of the life He has given me, He will help me achieve these goals.
