Hi, Dale, I added you as a SparkFriend, too. Yes, I have adjusted my nutrition goals slightly this time. Instead of making calories available for refined foods, I look more to what nutritional holes I can plug. I still eat Cedarlane Nonfat Beans, Rice and Cheese Burritos, but I no longer eat Luna Bars or instant oatmeal. Instead of cutting back salad dressing to a spritz, I have a full serving of Chef Meg's Garlic Dijon Vinaigrette Salad Dressing -- it nourishes my skin, both outside and inside. I also don't short protein anymore; I need it to keep muscle.

You know that once you get back in the groove you will be happier than stressing out, making it so difficult for yourself. You know that taking care of yourself feels so good!
