Dale, why would you change the name of a thread and not tell us. I spent way too much time over the last few days trying to find our thread. I am going to join another thread for a while.

Dale, I can't find the Chat Thread for 2015. Looked on the team page where I found the fitness 2015 Help me if possible.

Happy New Year, and thanks

Dale,

Murphy is 4 --- he is a wired haired chihuahua --- the vet wants him to lose a few pounds and be on a lighter food. He is getting better each day. I have never had a dog with this disease and hopefully we can keep it from recurring. We've had 8 dogs in the last 20+ years and only the min pin had a problem. He had diabetes, but proved the vet wrong by living to 13. Anyway, thank you so much for the smooch for Murphy.

Thanks for the Goodie and the good thoughts. I actually do both, chiropractic and massage. I generally have a massage once a month. I would have one every two weeks if I had the money.

I have decided that I can no longer clean the house thoroughly. I hurt quite a bit from this last cleaning. I might as well spend the money on having someone clean for me, than on extra treatments and massages.

So, I will find the money to have someone clean.

Running the vacuum is very hard on my upper back, so I will do that sparingly between cleanings, and continue to keep the counters in the kitchen clean, sweep the floors, and clean the toilet and sink. Grateful to have a dish washer albeit a fussy one. Have to get all of the food off the dishes before putting in the dishwasher. But that is ok, Don't have to wash, dry and put away. Let the dishwasher sanitize them all

I have to admit that it is time to make a choice. I have hurt for several days now from the cleaning I did last week.

No longer worth it.

Thanks again for being there for me. I appreciate you so much

OK, thanks. So what is the name of the "he" who really said, "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels?"
