I think where you are describing is in Bloomington... the lightrail is convenient, but parking isn't bad either. I don't know your lifestyle well enough to say if drinking will be involved, but if that's the case, lightrail makes sense. If not, driving isn't too bad. Have fun!

Hey there!! THANK YOU for your honest answer/opinion. I appreciate it! I DO like the idea of using "Whit Wellness" as a name.... AND IT'S AVAILABLE AS A DOMAIN (so is WELLNESS WHIT, but I think I like it the other way better)! ROCK!! Thanks for the idea!! I'll chew on that one a bit too and maybe offer up another round of ideas later as I think through things. Thanks for the little "creativity spark" there. That pair of words just hadn't occurred to me yet. :)

Thanks for stopping by my blog today!! Yes, actually there ARE fat-free variations of Greek yogurt, just like other "ordinary" yogurts (not all are full-fat or fat-free). The Greek yogurt I like best is Chobani-- it's a little expensive, but I buy the 32 oz. container of the 0% fat, plain kind. It tastes like sour cream on its own, and has a similar texture, so it's a GREAT replacement for anything that you would normally use SC in, or even I've been using it to replace mayo or miracle whip in dips or salads! As a breakfast item, I use with frozen or fresh berries or fruit and granola, all mixed up with a packet of Truvia or agave nectar. One 6 oz. serving of the plain fat-free stuff is only 100 cals and 18 g. protein! :) ROCK! :)

Thanks for the info on the wellness. My MIL wanted to check it out and see. Doesnt hurt to have a look. We wanted to look into the aqua classes that they have there. Plus I need a babysitter during the day if I do go to the gym so I thought of the Wellness. And I liked the idea of no contract. I was a member of Goodlife. And for the first 6 mths it was great. Then all of a sudden it got overcrowded and I could never get on a treadmill or a bike. I had to wait for the weights and the classes were all for skinny people. I only did the pilates/yoga classes they offered. So I say thumbs down to that place. Right now I'm not with any gym. But I'm also undecided if I want to join with summer just around the corner. I may just start walking again outdoors. Well nice meeting a fellow winnipegger. Spring is finally coming. Enjoy your week :)
