I saw your post on the chat page for high protein diet. I must follow a high protein diet because oh my hypothyroidism. I eat protein for breakfast, usually 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites or a protein shake smoothie; 6 ounces lean protein for f lunch and dinner and 3 cups vegetables with lunch and dinner. Vegetable should be green, steamed, and not high sugar. 2 fruits per day. Hope this helps. This is the eating plan my doc have me.

When you read try chewing on Ice chips.
it a good way to add to your water intake.
