This time I'm not giving up

My name is Blane and I'm 29. I live in Nevada with my husband and 11 year old daughter where I study mathematics at the graduate level. My primary piece of fitness equipment is my treadmill and I also have a small collection of hand weights. When I'm not on the treadmill I also enjoy gardening, swimming...oh and math.

“The difference between stepping stones and stumbling blocks is not in the event itself but how you think about it and what you do after it.
Every failure and setback can become part of your success or an excuse for quitting or failing.
People who develop the discipline of positivity are both happier and more successful."
-Michael Josephson

Just dropping by to say hello, Sparkfriend! Remember, you don't have to be perfect on this journey in order to make progress! As long as you keep trying...and never quit...you are already a success! Keep doing your best, because you are worth the effort!
Hugs,
Pixie

"Part of abandoning the all-or-nothing mentality is allowing yourself room for setbacks.
We are bound to have lapses on the road to health and wellness, but it is critical that we learn how to handle small failures positively so that we can minimize their long-term destructive effects.
One setback is one setback—it is not the end of the world, nor is it the end of your journey toward a better you.”
-Jillian Michaels
