Looking for the Healthy Me
My name is Connie Robinson and I am 53 years old. I was just diagnosed with diabetes. I had a heart attack seven years ago, but my heart seems to be fine. I try to live life to its fullest each and every day. I am a divorced mother of one beautiful daughter who is going to go to Africa to be a missionary next year. Guess I didn't do too bad in that area of my life. Now, it's time for me to focus on ME and I need some help.

Guess I didn't do too bad in that area of my life. Now, it's time for me to focus on ME and I need some help.
Lots of changes in my life since last I posted. However, unfortunately, weight is not one of them. I have made a decision today that I am going to get back on the weight-loss wagon and hopefully kick it in high gear. Although I haven't lost any weight in the past two years, I haven't gained any, either, so I guess that is a plus.
My daughter married her best friend three years ago. They blessed me with a wonderful grandson last year. Nothing is better than being a grandma. I love my grandson.
