Goal: One fit Momma!
I’ve been up and down the weight loss yo-yo for 5 years. At my lowest I was 169. At my highest, which I hit in October of 2010, I was 228.8. That to me was a huge wake up call. That was 7 months after my son was born. The day I brought him home from the hospital, I was the same weight as the day I found out I was pregnant. All my weight gain came after his birth. I want to be the best mom and wife possible and in order to do that I need to be healthy. This time, I am doing Weight Watchers as my biggest issue has always been food. I am also training to run and just completed my goal- a half marathon. Non Scale Goals Complete C25K program-DONE 1/20/2011 Run first 5K race-2/5/2011 Fit in favorite pre-pregnancy jeans 2/14/2011 Fit in favorite Little Black dress 7/10/11 Run First 10K race 5/7/11 Complete 200 sit up challenge Run First Half Marathon- 11/5/11 Scale Goals: Get under 200 lbs 3/2/2011 Get under 175 Rewards: Spend up to $75 on myself with each 10 lbs lost and each non scale goal complete. 10lbs down- 12/1/10 (purchased new dress) 20lbs down- 1/26/11 (Banking towards a spa day use) 30 lbs down-3/2/11 (Time for a spa day! Enjoyed on 4/28) I love making new Spark Buddies and I love learning from others on this journey towards making a healthier me! (updated 1/26/11)
