Saw on the DWD huddle that you were needing some motivation. I am here to remind you that every day is a new day. Don't forget to be nice to yourself. Easier said than done on some days, I know, but just take baby steps and you will get there. I have a very hard time getting motivated to work out (especially in this 100+ degree heat) but I NEVER feel bad afterwards. Have you tried doing some of the Spark workout videos on your computer? I have found a couple I really like.

Thank you for your kind words. I am feeling much better today. The heat is only suppose to get up to 100 today. Yeah. I know my air-conditioner is working hard too, to keep up. At least the house AC is still working
