“Bad habits are like a comfortable bed, easy to get into, but hard to get out of.”

I'm brand new to Sparkpeople but a long struggler with my weight and fitness.

I have more than 50 pounds to lose and have been going to weight watchers for almost two years. I've lost about 5 pounds during those two years. Yikes! I'm hoping that this site might help me stay motivated and stop eating emotionally.

My Goals:
I want to be healthy enough to climb more than one flight of stairs at a time without wheezing

My Program:
I work out on the Wii (Fit or EA Active) for at least 10 minutes every morning. This is my "if nothing else gets done, at least I've done that" item.
I also try to do other workout videos like Zumba and yoga.
I swim on Saturdays and Sundays (laps for 20 minutes).
I belong to Weight Watchers
