My immediate goal is 25 pounds. Next is 50 and ultimately 100.

My Program:
My aim is to workout 4 times a week. I do Zumba once a week. I play the MJ Experience a few times a week. I do weights and the eliptical 2-3 times a week.

thank you for the comment on my blog! I think i am falling in love with zumba myself! we only have one girl who teaches it here on campus, but hey, maybe i will learn to teach it myself :)
