What is your plan consisted of? What I mean is, what kind of nutrition plan and exercise regimine are you following for your weight loss?
Right now, I mostly do caloie tracking/meausring, 1200-1450 calories, lots of water, and I need to start increasing my activity. I went and did an hour long strength training session Monday, but I also need to do more cardio.
