Let's do it RIGHT this time !!
I am a 51 year old mommy of two tweens. I have tried numerous diets and have lost and gainned the same 70 pounds again,,,and again,,,and again! This time I really need to make a firm choice to get my health back on track! I am a diabetic with high blood pressure! I have much too much living to do to allow myself to be limited by poor health !
