My name is Laura, and I am a 26 year old Jersey girl now living in Arizona. This journey is about awakening the real me - the me that I lost the minute my food started dictating my emotions and my life! I am a Market Administrative Assistant for a Fortune 100 company and have my degree in Criminology & Criminal Justice from Arizona State University. I love to travel, investigate the paranormal, read a good romance novel, spend time with family & friends, and of course my puppy Jethro!

1st Goal: Get to Onederland! 2nd Goal: Get to the weight on my driver's license (180#) 3rd Goal: Make the transition from 'obese' to 'overweight' (179#) 4th Goal: Make the transition from 'overweight' to 'healthy' (149#) 5th Goal: Get to my perfect healthy weight (130#)
My Program:
~ Drink at least eight 8oz glasses of water per day. ~ No soda. ~ Use the Nutrition Tracker 7 days a week and recording everything, even the binges. ~ 30 minutes of cardio at least twice a week. ~ Strength train at least twice a week. ~ Drink one sip of water with every two bites of food. ~ Take a minimum of 20 minutes to eat a meal to better recognize when I am getting full. ~ Practice strict portion control.
