I am a single female who is in a difficult relationship. At one point in time I was only 6 pounds away from my goal weight. That was 88 pounds down from my highest point. Then my life hit an out of control spiral. I am now trying to control the things that I can. I started by getting back on track with my eating and fitness. I am off to a good start.

My Goals:
My goal is to be 130 lbs by December 31st. When I reach that, i will be 94 lbs down from my all time high of 224 lbs.
My Program:
I am very strict about tracking my nutrition. Most days I am between 1200-1300 calories. One of my goals is to eat fresh produce at least once a day. 99% of the time I meet this goal. I also try very hard to stay within my range for fat, protein and carbohydrates. My workout routine includes strength training 3 times a week and cardio at least 3 times a week. I do my best to vary my cardio routine and have recently added running and bike riding to it.
Other Information:
I have a very strong, very bad cardiac history in my immediate family. By the time my Dad was my age, he had already had his first of 3 heart attacks. My grandfather died of heart disease at my Dad's current age. Not only do I want to lose weight to look and feel better, I want to do as much as I can to reverse my bad family history.
