I'm Back and so Excited !
I am back at it.... actually have been but was told to track my exercise and food in my goals to lower my Cholesterol and instantly thought I must get back on Sparkpeople.com ! I am actually trying to follow and compete in the Body for Life Program. I am currently working out at the YMCA and at home. I love the elliptical machine but do try to switch it up now and again.
