I am back after an 18 month stop out. Who says an old fool can't learn? I learned that I haven't changed for the better without SparkPeople, so I am back to try harder this time. Wish me luck and sticktoitivity - especially the latter which is my failing.

My Goals:
I want to feel more energetic and wear clothes that fit in the '90s. It would be nice to get the weight off my arthritic joints - that is pure pragmatics!
My Program:
My program is mediocre at best. I have a refrigerator to stay away from and a treadmill to gravitate toward. Sometimes I think my polarity is backwards . . .

No that was a week and a half ago. It was sunny and almost 60* out today. Didn't even have to put a jacket on.
