1. Running 3 days a week
2. Walk 2 days a week
3. Cross-training 2x weekly

1. Eat 5 Freggies a day
2. Drink 8 cups of water a day
3. Low Fat Foods

I want to grow old with the woman I love and be able to enjoy the time we spend together more. Jesus has provided life and I want to appreciate that more abundantly.

My goal is to become stronger to do better at work and healthier to be better company for my wife and an example of healthy living to my grandchildren.

My Program:
We are on a healthy life regimen! A better diet and stronger exercise habits are a must! We are following the Spark Solution plan and both of us are excited and challenged.


Personal Information:
I am a happily married man who has gone through some things and put on weight. Laziness and bad eating caught up with me when I was out of work for awhile and now I am getting on track.

Other Information:
I like to read, do pull-ups, run, and relax on my days off.
I work in a warehouse driving a stand up forklift and sometimes a turret truck. I was recently certified for CPR / First Aid and AED
