Hey, hon! Thanks so much for stopping by my page while I was away!! I just got home on Friday night and am (hopefully!) off for the next 4 weeks before I have to return to work in Alaska. I plan to hike my rear off :) I think this time around I might try to get over to Canyonlands again to hit some of the longer trails, backpacking so I can log as many miles as possible in the back country....maybe the Maze district. How have YOU been?!

Welcome to the No S Diet team. You can definitely be gluten free and follow No S.

Curious. What do you binge on?
