Time to Finally Get in Shape

I've spent most of my life being out of shape and I've been working on changing that. For the past few years I've been on and off with dietary changes and exercise but now I'm getting more serious. I think I'm finally ready to stick with it, drop the excess weight and be healthy, happy and in shape!

Exercise:
I'm currently starting up Power 90 again and plan to finally finish all 90 days. After that I plan to start P90X again, possibly start a new martial arts program (if I can find one in the area I like) and see what else I can tackle!

Diet:
For the month of March I am doing the Whole30 program.

I'm a vegetarian trying my best to cut out processed food, cut down on "bad" carbs and increase protein consumption. I'm also working to keep within a healthy number of calories by using my awesome nutrition tracker on SparkPeople!
