Ready for 2012...
The WORD for the year is TRANSFORMATION! II am trusting God to bring me to the place in Him where I am supposed to be! As a senior citizen with kids, grandkids, and a great job . . . an assistant pastor at a church where I get to meet people and work with them on a daily basis . . . I want to be where God wants me to be. In addition to wanting to be God's woman, I want to lose an additional 50 pounds! Here we go . . . !!!

My Goals:
Goal 1 -- Lose 50 poumds during 2012, about 5 pounds a month.
Goal 2 -- Discontinue at least two out of four blood pressure meds I am currently taking,.
Goal 3 - Get the triglicerides to a manageable, normal level
My Program:
Keeping food intake to recommended levels.
Eating a balanced diet with fruits and veggies
Learning to like food without adding evil salt
Personal Information:
I live in Southwest Wisconsin but am not really too fond of winter and cold weather.
Other Information:
I love to read and have my daily time with the Lord. I like to crochet and watch British mysteries like "Midsomer Murders," "Miss Marple," and other Agatha Christie creations in addition to watching old movies and some TV series. I am active in my church and host a couple of bible studies weekly plus gearing up to be on staff at a energing leaders network schoo;/program.
