The Trout is Hooked!

My journey has lasted almost 5 years. More than likely, had I followed my plan for a healthier me consistently, I'd have been in lifelong maintenance as of 2 years ago.

One of the things I've learned along the way is that it's useless to be mean to myself but rather, to pick myself up & try again.

There are a wealth of resources here & I've made use of ALL of them .... just not at the same time. This is the year where I integrate all this knowledge and act ...
