I've lost large amounts of weight many times. And I've also sworn each time was the last. I'm determined to make enough changes in the way I live to maintain a healthy weight, however long it takes.

I'll be 58 in May. It is so much harder to lose now than when I was younger. Probably triple the work, but still worth it. I don't want my poor knees and feet to have to carry me around at high weight anymore. 3253 days ago
Welcome............most of us have lost weight with the full intention of keeping it off, then we seem to forget that we can't go back to our old ways. It is kind of a bummer. Work so hard, get the weight off and then, darn, we still have to watch it. That is really my greatest fear when I get to goal. Keeping it off. So glad you're here and I hope Spark will be a big help to you. It sure has been a great place for me.
