Adventures in Dream Making- My Journey to Mt. Fuji

March 2008 I restarted SP. I was 249/250 at my highest weight.
By July 2009 my goals are: go to Japan, speak Japanese fairly well, be under 180 pounds..even better be 120 pounds :P And, it would be great to climb or go to Mt Fuji God willing. I want to give my son a graduation gift in Japan.

Currently I am down from 249 to 230!
I have my passports, I have saved the money for the airline tickets and the date is set so far.
I am taking Japanese language classes ...

WOW this is late! But as for my trip plans those are on indefinite hold, I recently lost my job and had no money saved up-it was sudden and I didn't have time to plan. I gained back a lot of the weight I lost and was really depressed for a while. I am good right now and back on track. My plan right now is to lose enough weight to join the Army(and hopefully get stationed in Okinawa) I hope.+

I've never heard of Guilliam-Barre syndrome before..so I looked it up. Man, I was shocked that I had no knowledge of this illness and it could happen to any one of us as it did with your mom.

I am so happy that things are looking up for her and I will pray that she continue getting well to a full recovery. Thank you for the well wishes on my mom as well.

You are very welcome on those links I sent to you. I have three books plus some very good info from the internet. I do seem to recall that we were only supposed to have 3 oz of cheese per day as well as a certain amount of eggs as well. I wonder why that changed. Good luck in with the Atkins Lifestyle.
