March 2008 I restarted SP. I was 249/250 at my highest weight.
By July 2009 my goals are: go to Japan, speak Japanese fairly well, be under 180 pounds..even better be 120 pounds :P And, it would be great to climb or go to Mt Fuji God willing. I want to give my son a graduation gift in Japan.

Currently I am down from 249 to 230!
I have my passports, I have saved the money for the airline tickets and the date is set so far.
I am taking Japanese language classes each Sunday.

My Program:
Low carb diet
lots of veges and meat
lots of water
vitamins
some nuts and cheese
no milk

workout
3am aerobics 15-30 min on step aerobics, bike or nordic track

7:30pm Aerobics same as above
7:00pm home weights using ball

stretching or yoga when I have time throughout day

sleep by 9-10pm except weekends I game

4 hours Japanese study daily




Personal Information:
Before doing anything: PRAY

1st goal: get birth certificate to get passports(ACHIEVED)

2nd: goal get passports (achieved)

3rd goal: visit travel agent
(achieved)
4th goal:Learn how to read hiragana

5th goal: get maps and dictionary (achieved)

6th goal: have 5k (half way)

7th goal: update immunizations (achieved)

8th goal: buy plan tickets and make reservations
(in process)
9th goal: pack bags


10th Goal: arrive safely in Japan

11th Goal: visit fellow Christians and see sites in Japan

12th goal: Climb Mt Fuji and thank God for making dreams come true :)



Other Information:
Mainly I am staying away from bad fats, simple sugars, big portions, late night eating and I try never to put a fat with a starch or sugar. I also try to eat natural sugars like from fruit in the morning not at night. About every 3-4th day I might have rice or a potato (small portion) but eat little fat that day. And et crbs in morning or after workout on 3-4 day. Otherwise lots of veges, water and meat or protein of some sort.

    Panda, I think you're right... I didn't think of it as allergic reaction... but definitely a result of the bite. I took garlic and lemon/lime juice (fresh). I feel a ton better today. My throat doesn't feel all scratchy any more and I slept pretty well last night except I got up just before 2 a.m. to go to the bathroom. I need to cut off my water intake by a certain time so I won't have to get up in the middle of the night. I so hate that. LOL I did feel like I was trying to have a fever a couple of nights ago... but I didn't have one. That's why I'm still walking even though I don't feel well. I figure it gets my body hot enough to kill the germs... so to speak.
    I'm going to stop by your blog today. Got a notice in my mail.
    Come on, you're just 3 lbs away from your current goal. Do it!!!
