    Welcome to Spark People and to our Team, OA of the Lower Back. You are so right about needing to learn about this website. It is big and covers a lot of different areas that lead to living in a healthier way. I think everybody "gets it" in their own way and at their own pace because of this. (I was a member for over 3 months before I went to any of my team pages and it was at east 4 months before I entered fitness minutes.

    Anyway, U am looking forward to getting to know you. Please stop by our team page when you get a chance and chat with us or huddle or ask a question. We are here to help you and to all learn from each other. One thing we all have in common is that we have issues with out backs. Back issues can get in the way of exercise and/ or weight loss, and together we have come up with some ways to solve this problem.
