Hi, Jean, Another Madisonian here! I was reading about your runs, and thinking about the year I ran in college. At first I hated it, but I kept at it and within a month I was getting the runner's high. I've never forgotten how great that felt, and how good it was when I could run 3 miles! I would like to start running again, but worry about my joints, etc. What resources have you found helpful? And are you a librarian? I'm one, in stay-at-home Mom mode.
