My Goals:
My goals is to lose weight and tone up. My goal is to make this a lifestyle change and learn how to have portion control eating healthier choice, drinking more water and becoming more active.

My Program:
Right now I am eating a high fiber low carb diet. I have hypothyriod condition and my doctor suggest that. So I eat a starch, protein, fruit in the morning. Lunch- protien, starch, fruit, and dairy. Dinner, protien and cup of cook green veggies. Snacks normally my fruit from my meals, raw veggies, pickles. Sometimes I eat a serving of nuts or popcorn.

Well I am back to staring over because what took me 5 months to lose I've gained back in 1 month. Ugh 😕

I feel myself slipping away, not tracking workouts down to about 3 days instead of 5. Eating whatever. I need to get back on track don't want to start all over again when January comes
