After a long time without success, I finally found and exercise program, along with a proper healthy diet, that is working. I still have a long way to go, but I now have the tools I need. I do, however, still need friendly spark friends to help me as I go with motivation and support. I hope to be healthier in a year than I am today. But I need your help in order to do it!

My Goals:
I strive to workout with my personal trainer Tracy Anderson (via exercise videos!) 5 days a week. I want to reach my goal weight in a 13.5 months. I also hope to fit into my wedding ring again, as soon as possible!

My Program:
Because I don't want my physical and emotional efforts to be in vain, I have to eat to support the body I have in it's efforts to become the body I need.

Personal Information:
I have been looking for years to find the right program for me. That program, the Tracy Anderson Method, and I met on June 19, 2013. We've been together ever since, but the two of us recently invited the P.I.N.K. Method into our lives to round out our program.

Other Information:
When I reach 199 pounds I will be obese but not morbidly obese. GOAL MET 10/02/2013

When I reach 165 pounds I will be overweight but not obese. GOAL MET 2/17/14

When I reach my goal weight of 125 pounds I will be normal weight and not overweight.

Thanks so much for taking the time to read and comment on my blog about bullying. The experience you described was exactly the kind of thing I had in mind when I wrote my blog. Hurtful comments have the ability to hurt everyone, regardless of how "perfect" we think they look and we should all think twice about saying anything nasty about anyone!
