Welcome to the 300+team. 300 is such a BIG number but if we persevere, focus and motivate one another we can reach our goals!
We have so much of life ahead of us and it is so much better to work on ourselves and reach for our goals.

I've been at this in years past. I've been on Sparkpeople for awhile but this year I am getting serious. I hit my all time high last month and don't want to see it again or when all said and down the 200's even again.

I agree with you its definitely about changing your diet in the life style meaning not just going on a diet. I started working out and the foods I eat have been changing in the last year or so. Now I want to really fine to get a handle on portions and go even more into whole clean foods. Its funny coming up with new meals and learning new recipes.
