My journey toward a healthy lifestyle....not a diet!

My name is Pam. I am 31 yrs old. I have been thin my whole life, but over the course of 7 yrs I have been slowly gaining about 35 extra pounds. I've always made somewhat poor choices, but it's been these last years that it's really showed. I decided enough is enough. I feel this time, my habits will stick! SparkPeople and the great supports I have at home will help me stay on track and get my body back!

It sounds like you have a great bunch of work friends. And yeah, the calorie thing of scrimping cuz you were over the day before or even earlier the same day, is kind of a game we play. But hey, its a game we who struggle with our weight HAVE to play or we pay.
