It has been 8 months since I started a lifestyle change. After multiple fad diets and two children, i hit a brick wall - wasn't paying attention to myself. I've lost 58lbs since May of 2011 and looking forward to another 30 or so to hit my goal weight. Exercise 6 days per week is the foundation.

My Goals:
Can't wait to get back in those Levi's I used to wear!!

My Program:
60 minutes of cardio every day plus strength training three times a week. I use a heart monitor since I don't have a trainer to ensure I'm always in my target zone.

Eating plan is 5 meals eaten every 3 hours. Low fat and vegetables at every meal!

1 gallon of water per day because it is so important to the liver, which metabolizes fat. Liver can't do that unless kidney's are functioning 100%, which is why we need water!

Personal Information:
I've lived in the greater Phoenix area for the past 30 years and have two small children (4 & 2) and a supportive husband.
