just trying to be the best ME I can be...

Hey...my name is Pamela, and I am a 35-year old single mother of a very active 5-year old baby girl. I joined SparkPeople because I was searching for ways to stay motivated during my weight-loss journey, and it seemed like a great site to join.
I've been on this off and on (more on than off), and I really want to make this time on indefinitely...I really love striving to be healthy and fit...plus, more than anything, I want to be that way for my daughter. She deserves a fit mom who ...

My Goals:
my goals are to basically lose weight, and feel great...I just feel so sluggish with all this extra weight on me. I have a small to medium frame, and I'm only 5'00...65-80 lbs is a lot of weight to have on me.

My Program:
my program consists of workout out w/Leslie Sansone's 5-Mile Slim Down every morning, doing 100 crunches after my walking workout and working out for 30 minutes on the elliptical machine during my lunchhour 5-days a week.
