My Goals:
A balanced life that includes meditation, writing, exercise, and moderate eating with less sugar. A healthy back!
My Program:
Build habits with 2-week streaks. Starting 3rd streak in mid-August. Daily exercise min 12 minutes, under 1500 calories per day (goal 1200), don't eat standing up or in front of computer/tv.
Personal Information:
I live in Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia, a very walkable community. after running my own marketing firm for 18 years, I'm recently returned to my creative writing roots while I care fulltime for my husband who was diagnosed with ALS in March 2009. I have three children in their 20s and a 1-year-old granddaughter who lives right behind us!
Other Information:
I love getting out to parks and art museums. I clear my mind by playing Pocket Frogs on my iPad.
