Well, I started off OK today. I at least ATE breakfast, which is unusual for me, had Cheerios and lowfat milk. A small plain burger and diet coke for lunch, raisins for a snack this afternoon and I plan on pork chops, salad and couscous for dinner. Oh yeah, and I'm drinking my water.
How did you do? Did you exercise? I still have a little daylight, I should go walk now, at least for 10 mins., right?
