Challenge on the last 24

Hi, I'm Pam, a business owner usually works from 8am to 7pm at least five days a week. I began to eat lean on Memorial Day and so far have lost 10lbs. By my title you guessed it, i'm on the last 24 lbs. This year has blown by so fast. All of my life I have worked out probably 3 times a week on the treadmill or taebo. Last Memorial Day I found a meal plan with six meals, 1200 calories and a lot of fat burning high nutrient foods. In my head I said "if I eat this many times a day I will be fat". ...
Hi, I'm Pam, a business owner usually works from 8am to 7pm at least five days a week. I began to eat lean on Memorial Day and so far have lost 10lbs. By my title you guessed it, i'm on the last 24 lbs. This year has blown by so fast. All of my life I have worked out probably 3 times a week on the treadmill or taebo. Last Memorial Day I found a meal plan with six meals, 1200 calories and a lot of fat burning high nutrient foods. In my head I said "if I eat this many times a day I will be fat". I did the scientific study and after two weeks taking my belt in three notches the study proved successful and I began to work out. I was watching the biggest loser program and subscribed to Jillian Michels website and followed her strength training circuits four times each week and cardio five times each week. I followed the goals for calories eaten and calories burned from Sparkfitness and I lost 10 lbs each month. When I got down to a size 13 from a size 15 my youngest daughter said " are you sure that is healthy?" My reply was " because fat is so much healthier?". She refused to talk to me if eating or exercise was in the conversation. When I got down to a size 11, my oldest daughter who was prego at the time asked me for copies of my meal plans and after reviewing them told me she couldn't eat vegetables or give up her diet soda. When I got down to a size 7 both of my daughers attitudes changed immediately. My youngest daughter wanted copies of my meal plans and exercises and my oldest daughter decided vegetables might not be so bad and gave up her diet soda for water and began working out. So far she has lost 30 lbs. and she is losing between 2-3 lbs each week. Part of my conversation with her on a daily basis is asking her how many calories she ate, what she ate and how many calories she has burned. During my last trip to the grocery store my friend who is overweight decided she needed to join Sparkfitness and she is eating healthy and hopefully incorporating exercise into her life. When I was fat inside my head I was still a thin person. Last Memorial Day a guy who was overweight who possibly was a match with my body type then was not the guy I pictured myself with. He was my inspiration to change. Now I am attracting the guys that in my head back then I wanted to attract and couldn't because of my size. In fact younger guys don't believe my age. Sometimes when I look in the mirror I don't believe it either. Now I find that my stash of low fat low calorie brownies in the freezer stays there indefinitely because I get stingy with how I spend my calories daily. I really like the idea of putting into my nutrition what I think I want to eat to see if the calories will fit and I have learned to have a good ratio of carbs, healthy fat and protein. This has been a great journey and for me its never going to be over. I will remain on this website to keep my food journal and exercise journal forever. I am reducing my health risks for high blood pressure, stroke, knee replacement, heart attack, alzheimers, and the list goes on. I feel more energized and healthier than I have ever felt before. Recently I cancelled an insurance because it only covered emergency room and not office visits and in the last year I only had to go to the doctor one time. The CEO at the local hospital actually said to me "well i guess being healthy doesn't pay". Quite the contrary it pays for me in huge dividends. So to anyone who wonders if it will work for them, yes, it will. You have to start and you can't quit and either sooner or later it will happen for you too. Don't wait until tomorrow, begin today.

My Goals:
My fitness goal is to workout and burn 2700 calories or more each week and to keep my calorie count between 1200-1400 calories. I am working on more muscle definition and losing at least one more percentage body fat.

My Program:
Eat 1200-1300 calories each day eating six small meals and drinking 16 oz of water with each meal. Doing 4 strength training days with five circuits and three exercises in each circuit and one of those is a cardio and doing cardio 5 times each week. If my goal is to burn 2700 calories in a week I play a game to see how I can best myself and burn more. I have never just burned 2700 but usually am up around 3500. Nutrition and fitness became my top priority every day.

Other Information:
My most favorite food is still chocolate. Several times a month I have dark chocolate. Someone said if it is good chocolate, you don't have to have a lot and I think they were right.
