I didn't do well in the Jan. Jumpstart. The 1st week was great but most of their videos are too much for me. The ones for the first week just needed minor adjustments. I hope to keep doing them. It is something that I really should be doing. I am aiming for 3 f/v a day and doing pretty good at getting that in. What kind of work do you do? I'm retired. 1280 days ago
Glad to see you on the Jan Challenge. I'm also looking for consistency in strength training. I enjoy cardio and don't have problems there but ST always ends up at the bottom of my list too. I have added you as a friend.
OK, the holidays are over, and I am ready to focus on my health, again, still trying for that consistency to keep me healthy. Down the middle of the road. I am shooting for regular exercise habits, and 15 lb wt loss that will be permanent! 1306 days ago
