My Goals:
My biggest goal is to be energetic and feel the best that I can to live life to the fullest.



My Program:
I am on the 5% Challenge Team. My plan is to exercise 4-5 days a week for at least 30 minutes and do strength training 2-3 days a week. My favorite exercise is interval training, which alternates cardio with strength training. My plan is to do interval training Monday, Wednesday and Friday and walk, jog and bike on the weekends. I am drinking smoothies with no sugar for breakfast; low carb lunches to keep my energy up during the work day; one or two healthy snacks and a well balanced dinner.


Personal Information:
I am 57 years old and a teacher. I have a faithful husband who loves to bicycle with me and walk together. I have a beautiful and talented 19 year old daughter.

Pam, I enjoyed reading your introduction on the Firecracker team. I like your name too..apples are good for you. I once went to a new doc who told me not to eat apples, forgot the reason, but I never went back to him.
I am working my way through Made to Crave also.
