I am a Purple Passion Mission Slimpossible member of the BLC Summer Challenge and Rowdy Rebel 5% Challenge, and reign with passion to reach health and fitness aspirations. My goals are listed below:

1) Drink 8 glasses of water/day -- this is a goal that I have to stretch to reach since I just sip my water throughout the day.

2) Track my nutrition intake using the Sparkpeople tracker.

3) Track my calories burned using the Sparkpeople fitness tracker.

4) Eat at least 5 fruits/veggies per day.

5) Exercise 5-6 days/wk for a minimum of 30 minutes on cardio days, and 20 minutes for strength training.

I am passionate about cheering on my team members to believe in their dreams and attain the Purple Passion Mission to be Slimpossible!! We got this!!

My Goals:
My biggest goal is to be energetic and feel the best that I can to live life to the fullest.



My Program:
I am on the Purple Passion Mission Slimpossible BLC summer challenge team. My plan is to exercise 5-6 days a week for at least 30 minutes and do strength training 2-3 days a week. My favorite exercise is interval training, which alternates cardio with strength training. My plan is to do interval training Monday, Wednesday and Friday and walk, jog and bike on the weekends. I am drinking smoothies with no sugar for breakfast; low carb lunches to keep my energy up during the work day; one or two healthy snacks and a well balanced dinner.



Personal Information:
I am 59 years old and a teacher. I have a faithful husband who loves to bicycle with me and walk together. I have a beautiful and talented 21 year old daughter, and a cute shi-poo named Biscuit.
