My Goals:
To continue improving and growing in all things

~I did a set/10reps of 200lb in squats!

~a set of 10 real pull up/chin ups

~I want to be at 20% bf or lower/currently 22%

My Program:
I am still doing cardio 3-4 days per week- usually 3 days of kickboxing and 1-2 running w/ a HIIT usually one of my run days. I lovelove cardio so whatever strikes my fancy. I started HEAVY lifting in May and I have seen INCREDIBLE changes!! I work with my trainer 1x a week and do two other strength days on my own. I love leg days and really struggle with upper body. I am trying to see what my body can do with eating clean and heavy lifting~ I am very excited at my results so far!

Personal Information:
I live in the DFW / metroplex area in Texas. I have two awesome kids! My son is in the Marines and currently stationed in San Diego.

Thanks for the boxing gloves... I saw those and had a mental comment to myself before reading your note! Not quite the same - liked yours better :)

Feeling a little beat down at the moment... I think it is from 6 months of near perfection with eating, journaling, lifting and then two competitions - and just don't want to enter my workouts, write down my food - I really don't want to fix my food! Which means... short cut foods... which is BAAADDD... little beat up...

But, the BA comment picked me up! Thanks! AND your back pics do look good...
