Hey, 10-15 minutes of exercise a day is great! It all helps. I am just now up to 15 minutes a day--started at 5 min. and that was a struggle. I also have injuries and advanced degenerative arthritis that affect my ability to move much, but every bit helps and I am getting better at it--slowly. I hope you're on some teams to get good moral support along the way and good suggestions for exercise you can do with mobility/health issues. I belong to the chair exercise team and losing weight while disabled team--both are great sources of support and ideas. Hang in there. I'm sure you'll be successful if you just keep the focus and make the commitment to be on SP daily to track food and exercise and to interact with your team members. 1374 days ago
