It is time to change!!! Time to Shine!!

I would really like to motivate myself. So far having people on here to compete against is helping...somewhere where I am accountable even to myself. Did I eat right...do my exercise....read my bible. All things I would like to do...but can't make myself do. I challenge you to challenge me. But don't over do it....it will hurt and I will hurt and neither is good....lol

My Goals:
To feel and look good! Eat nutritionally better and get fit.

My Program:
So I am doing at least 30 minutes cardio 6 days a week and strength training 3 days a week. I try to do a higher cardio on opposite days of strength training. As well as more cardio on non strength days.


Other Information:
My favorite book at the moment is the Shack.

Just a reminder................"Weight alone doesn’t tell you the whole truth about your progress or fitness level. Forget your preconceptions about the number on the scale. Knowing your weight is good, but not crucial—you want to lose fat, not necessarily weight. If you must weigh yourself, don’t make it a daily habit. Weight tends to fluctuate throughout the day, and from day-to-day, by as much as 5 pounds or so. Most of these regular changes are due to food and water. Read Body Composition Measures Results to learn about measuring your progress without the scale. "
