I'm on week #5 using Spark People and I really like it. One of the things I did recently was run one of the calorie/nutrition reports for the last 28 days. And, though I lost about 6 pounds (I actually haven't gotten on the scale in two weeks so it could be more) I saw that out of 28 days I was only in my caloric goals for 12 of them.
I love this feature about Spark. You can actually study your habits and learn from them.
