Laura WANTS to be a LOSER!

I am transitioning from a full-time working mom to a stay-at-home mom. (Boy! Going to work was easy...ha ha) I am hoping to lose some of this weight that I have been carrying around for so many years. This really is my LAST try before exploring surgery. I would love to do it the 'old fashion' way...eat less and exercise more...if only it was as easy and simple as it sounds.

I know you can do it. It will tough for the first little while but stick with it and remember it is okay to fall off the wagn just get back on. I am here if you need any support.

Hi Thanks for adding me as a friend. I've added you too.

I'm on week #5 using Spark People and I really like it. One of the things I did recently was run one of the calorie/nutrition reports for the last 28 days. And, though I lost about 6 pounds (I actually haven't gotten on the scale in two weeks so it could be more) I saw that out of 28 days I was only in my caloric goals for 12 of them.

I love this feature about Spark. You can actually study your habits and learn from them.
