I was be 60 years old in 2012. I gained 40 pounds when I gained a boyfriend (2007) - Girls can't eat the same as boys - Darn It!!!! I must modify my portions and get off the chair and exercise!
I am a believer and although I haven't been to church for a while, I know who is in charge of everything and love the Lord with all my heart.
One time, I was asked what my spiritual gift was - immediately I replied "I'm an encourager." My goal is to encourage everyone to be/do their best. We CAN do this!!!

My Goals:
I want to gain control of my eating habits, get back into exercise (I body built for 12 years), and get back into my size 8's.
My Program:
1. Start moving!
2. Keep track of what I eat.
3. Change my mind about what is important and what isn't.
4. Gain a better self-image.
5. Don't allow what others eat dictate what I eat.
6. Don't sweat the small stuff.....
Personal Information:
My name is Lizzie, I live in Ohio. I am 59 years old.
I was divorced in 2005 from a 28 year marriage to a very unpleasant man.
This was the best thing I could have done for myself!
I'm so happy now.
I live with my three hilarious Yorkies.
Other Information:
I am a vegetarian. I occasionally eat fish, cheese and yogurt, but no meat.
I enjoy traveling, gardening, the outdoors, nature, and birds ( I feed the birds ).
As well, I am very good at making crafts, was a seamstress as my job, am an expert knitter, not afraid to try anything in the craft line.
I love tools - know how to use lots of them.
I really enjoy going to garage sales and have found some real treasures at them.
I am a naturalist (nudist - not a good thing when you're overweight). On Tuesdays (in nice weather), I go to a nudist camp (NOT sexual - there are children there) to swim and have a cookout with friends.
I love life!!! I want to experience and enjoy as much of it that I can, while I can!
